Does anyone know of a very pigmented yellow eyeshadow?
I’ve been looking for a good yellow eyeshadow in preferably a matte finish but I’d do s shimmer. I’ve tried so many different shadows and so far the matte’s look like an ashy yellow color on my lid.
I’ve bought Make Up Forever #22 (I believe that’s the number) and MAC’s primary yellow pigment and they both have the same ashy look on my lid. I like vibrant colors and that just won’t do.
The only yellows I’ve liked that I’ve tried I had to order online. They were Pure Luxe’s Sunny Side Up, which isn’t matte but a shimmer finish. Beautiful color though. And also Leishi #91 and that’s definitely a shimmer. Problem is that Leishi is a Korean cosmetic and I can only find it on ebay and they in tiny containers. I need more than 1/8 gram.
If no one can give me a better yellow, I’ll most likey order a 5 gram jar of Pure Luxe’s sunny side up but I’d rather have a brand I can just go to the store and pick up when I’m running low.
Have you tried using a base, such as Urban Decay’s Primer Potion, or perhaps a MAC paint pot? I understand that those help.
If not, maybe try NYX eyeshadow in Blondie or Yellow?
